HOW DO WE PROCESS OUR COFFEE?

With great care: from the uniform and accurate roasting to the rapid cooling by air suction, during the production phases, Ionia coffee is always subjected to targeted processing. The exclusive and skillful mixing of the various qualities such as the homogeneous and specific grinding are the final moments that enhance a coffee of great qualitative qualities. Finally, the vacuum packaging and the aroma-saving valve seal the freshness and preserve the aroma.
