Mokaflor BLACK BLEND

For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted in espresso at 93 °, with an extraction of 25 ml in 26 seconds and with an average degassing occurred in 60 hours. This blend brings us a hazelnut-colored cream with clear stripes in the cup. The acidity to the taste is evident. Interesting sweetness and bitterness, however balanced between them. Sensations of cardamom, vanilla and tobacco are perceived.
