Cafflano Compresso

Cafflano® Kompresso is the world's most compact and lightweight portable authentic espresso maker that uses a hydraulic system based on Pascal's principle to increase the extraction power of the espresso. Pascal's principle (the principle of pressure transfer in liquids) is the principle of fluid mechanics which states that a change in pressure at any point in a closed liquid at rest is transferred unabated to all points in the liquid. The hydraulic compressor of the Cafflano® Kompresso is designed to maintain a pressure of more than 9 bar until the espresso is fully extracted. In addition, the dual-mode (push and pull handles) maximizes the weight force.
