Returns & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Below you will find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges at Cafendo.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every product sold on Cafendo. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging unless otherwise noted below.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our support team at support@cafendo.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will review your request within 2 business days and provide a prepaid return shipping label if the return is approved. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened coffee bags cannot be returned or refunded. This policy exists to maintain freshness and food safety standards. Sealed, unopened bags in their original packaging remain eligible for return within the 30-day window. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange items for a different product of equal or greater value. To request an exchange, contact support@cafendo.com with your order number and the product you would like instead. If the replacement item is of greater value, we will charge the difference. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window as returns.
