Ordering
Browse our marketplace, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can order from multiple roasters in a single session. Each roaster fulfills their portion of the order directly.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Stripe payment processing.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status and tracking details anytime from your account dashboard under 'Orders'.
Shipping
Domestic orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. European deliveries take 5-10 business days, and international shipments arrive in 7-14 business days. Times may vary during peak seasons.
Yes! Cafendo ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.
Shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Many of our roasters also offer their own free shipping promotions.
Subscriptions
Choose your favorite coffee (or let us surprise you), select a delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and we'll deliver freshly roasted beans to your door on schedule. Each delivery is roasted just before shipping.
Absolutely. You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Yes! You can change your coffee selection, grind size, or quantity before each delivery. Simply update your preferences in your subscription settings at least 48 hours before your next delivery date.
For Roasters
Register as a vendor through our roaster portal. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you can start listing your products, set your own prices, and begin receiving orders from customers worldwide.
Cafendo charges a competitive marketplace commission on each sale. The exact rate depends on your volume and category. There are no listing fees or monthly subscriptions — you only pay when you sell.
Payouts are processed automatically on a regular schedule. You can track your earnings, pending payouts, and completed transfers from your vendor dashboard in real time.
