In Kenya, the cultivation of Arabica varieties dominates, but in the meantime, the experienced coffee farmers have also specialized in the cultivation of noble Robusta. Our master roasters have combined both types of coffee in one composition, creating a balanced blend that brings with it incomparable flair. The strong aesthetics in the taste profile of this fine espresso is characterized by harmonious, fruity, gentle acidity, and soft chocolate notes. The preparation in a portafilter is particularly recommended, but this espresso also impresses with its multi-faceted character when prepared in a stovetop pot or fully automatic machine.
