SINGLE ORIGIN COLOMBIA

Colombia is one of the most versatile producing countries for high-quality coffee.
While a large part of the harvest takes place in just a few weeks in many coffee countries around the world, coffee is produced almost all year round in Colombia. In addition, the country's numerous growing regions produce a wide variety of taste profiles.

Our current single Origin Colombia comes from the northern region of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. It was cultivated organically certified only at altitudes over 1600 meters and processed with the greatest care after the harvest of ripe coffee cherries.
The result: a full-bodied espresso or lungo with a full-body, medium intensity, and harmonious notes of red berries and praline.

The organic coffee cultivated in Colombia develops its unique aroma on clayey soils at altitudes between 1350 and 1750 meters. This Kachalù coffee makes the local population very proud. The importance of coffee is great and it is not only benefited from the quality, but also from sustainable cultivation with social responsibility.
