Roasted Coffee Costa Rica
Costa Rica has all the advantages of obtaining exceptional coffees, the wet coasts and the volcanic soil having a remarkable influence. Coffees in Costa Rica are defined as "big" coffees, presenting the classic aroma of coffee. They are full-bodied coffees, with a lively acidity reminiscent of citrus or berries.
If it can be said about coffee that it is too balanced, with a clean, pure, coffee taste, without being boring, then it is probably a coffee from Costa Rica. The coffees from this country are part, together with those from Guatemala, Panama and Honduras, from the group of "classic" coffees to which some assortments produced in other countries from Central and South America adhere. Tarazu is the region where most of the quality coffees from this country come from, the microclimate, the volcanic soil and the altitude at which the plantations are located offer all the conditions for obtaining extraordinary coffees.
