Coffee from Honduras is cultivated in forests. It is shaped by the climate of the high mountains. Small farms benefit from fair trade and controlled use of the ecosystem. The Indian Robusta gives this espresso its fresh taste and a perfectly mackerel  crema. Strong, spicy and pleasantly full-bodied in taste.

The balanced mixture of 100% pure Arabicas is gently roasted separately in a long-term process at low temperatures. Therefore, this coffee is particularly aromatic, with a lasting crema.
