Panama CCD Carolyn Saraceni - Fellow Coffee
Panama CCD Carolyn Saraceni - Fellow Coffee
Something new for your coffee bingo card. This coffee was unusually processed by “intrinsic cherry”, a kind of anaerobic natural processing in which the cherries are fermented in the same bags they came in, maintaining the unique essence of each microlot. Brandywine has an exclusive relationship with 25-year-old producer Carolyn Saraceni Castillo, who employs members of the Ngöbe-Buglé indigenous community on her 15-hectare estate. We were entranced by the fruity notes of this coffee: expect lychee, guava, and Watermelon Jolly Rancher.
