With the Bio Autostrada, 60% Robusta meets 40% Arabica beans. Honduras, India and Tanzania are the origins of the organic beans - a real successful trio. The result is a powerful organic intermezzo with a perfect crema. Despite the strong temperament, it is tamed by the careful roasting and is low in acid. The organic espresso Autostrada, also simply called "Caffè Autostrada" in Italian, is ideal for the portafilter machine, the fully automatic machine or for the Italian stovetop pot, for a real barista feeling.
