You should definitely try the Bio Espresso Caramello without sugar, the balanced espresso roast is simply wonderful on its own. We recommend preparation in a portafilter or fully automatic machine, but also in the stovetop pot typical of Italian espresso. The Bio Espresso Caramello is an uncomplicated espresso all-rounder, especially in fully automatic coffee machines. When roasting the organic caramello here in our Bavarian coffee roastery, we naturally attach great importance to gentle and careful drum roasting at low temperatures, as is the case with all our espresso varieties. This is how we elicit the full aroma from the beans with little acidity. Admittedly - when roasting our Italia varieties, we sometimes hum along to Eros Ramazotti.
