One Day on Monday
...and so it starts, another Monday, another week in this place...
When you've ground yourself right into a rut, sometimes a little escapism is in order to break up the monotony. Unfortunately, vacation days don't roll over so you gotta let those babies accumulate. You'd dip out early except Bill over in accounting has called a late-afternoon meeting to discuss... who cares? So here you are, staring at a coffee company's website and reading weird meta product descriptions in the hope of chipping away at the eternity between now and 5 pm. Well hey, we've got your back and a coffee that will help you get there too.
We paired a honey processed Caturra with one of our experimental lots from San Jeronimo to bring more nuanced complexity. For this experiment, we introduced Galaxy hops to the fermentation tank with freshly pulped Catuai to impart the citrusy stone fruit characteristics of this hop into the porous green coffee.
