Van Duijnen provides Floriade with coffee

The Floriade Expo 2022 was officially opened on 13 April. This world horticultural exhibition, which is held once every 10 years in the Netherlands, will take place in Almere this year until October 9, 2022. The Floriade Expo 2022 is completely dominated by sustainability with the theme “Growing green cities”. With this theme, the Floriade will present all kinds of solutions that are needed to make cities greener, healthier and more fun.

As a sustainable and Almere company, Van Duijnen Koffie is extremely happy that we can contribute to this. As a Preferred NESCAFÉ dealer, we have installed various sustainable NESCAFÉ coffee machines together with Nestlé and they will be provided with coffee and we will take care of the maintenance of these machines.

This collaboration was concluded during the official opening, between our director Paul Kragten and Paul Bommeljé, while enjoying a delicious cup of NESCAFÉ coffee.

Nestlé and Van Duijnen meet on the theme of sustainability

We have been partners in business with Nestlé Professional Netherlands for years. We sit together at the customer's table and together we find the answer to the question. And that question is increasingly related to the theme of sustainability, such as at the Floriade Expo 2022, which is completely devoted to 'Growing Green Cities'.

“How long exactly will we be working together? I don't know exactly. But I've been with Van Duijnen for more than twenty years and we've been working together from the start," says Paul Kragten. “And I've been with Nestlé for fifteen years and I too do not have this answer.”, Paul Bommeljé, director of Nestlé Professional Netherlands, laughs.
