October coffee: Complex, special and above all very tasty!

This special unwashed coffee has a complex flavor profile. With taste notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar and peach, this is a firm, full-bodied coffee with a wine-like finish. Delicious as espresso & lungo, but also very suitable as a basis for milk specialties.

The Ferrufino family founded their coffee company in 1992 and acquired Finca Aurora in 2004. The whole family works together to produce great coffee using biodynamic methods that work in tandem with the local ecosystem. 

One of the company's core values is to inspire people through coffee. Over the years, they have invested to provide workers with fair wages, safe living conditions, health services, food and education. They also work with smaller producers in the area to help them improve their farming practices.
