Artificial intelligence used to control coffee extraction

Samantha is an intelligent coffee machine designed to make the perfect filtered coffee automatically. It is controlled by the App on your cell phone or tablet and, based on the information you set, it will dispense water at exactly the right temperature and flow rate so you can enjoy a good cup of coffee.

If you are a barista, Samantha is a valuable help in being faster in serving your customers or simply having more time to devote to them, as well as serving consistently over time the same cup of filter coffee that the customer expects.

If you are a coffee-roaster, you can continuously test your coffee, entering all its sensory characteristics, and memorize recipes; you will also have the possibility to create a QR code with the recipe that best enhances your coffee, to be affixed to the single-serving packet, which your customer can use, thus offering him excellent service.

If you are a passionate coffee-lover, Samantha will be a world to discover; you can experiment with your favorite coffees or simply search the cloud for your gurus' recipes and make them in the comfort of your own home. You'll be able to wake up to the smell of coffee and find a steaming cup of coffee ready to greet you in the kitchen.

Samantha is lightweight, compact and stylish, connecting to the App via Bluetooth.

The reservoir can hold up to 1100 ml of water, the temperature gradually increases according to the settings you enter, and you can choose from 15 levels of water delivery, depending on the different stages of extraction.

Using the Samantha App you can:

- create as many recipes as you want to use at any time; just enter all the information about coffee, water, and time to be met.

- share your recipes via the cloud or download those from the connected coffee community.

- make your coffee in Barista Mode, that is, using your smartphone as a remote control to operate or stop Samantha. After entering the water temperature and coffee information, you will decide as you go along the process; at the end, if you liked the result, you can save the recipe.

- Finally, through the app you can pre-program 4 recipes, which will be stored directly on the device, so you will have the possibility to use Samantha even without connecting it to your phone/tablet.

Samantha is easy to clean, both externally and internally. It is built with durable materials: a main structure of high-quality steel covered by a casing that is heat-resistant and made of ABS and PCT.

The server where to collect the coffee is included, but the machine is also compatible with the Chemex Classic Brewer, Icon Chef Coffee Dripper, Kalita Wave S/S 185, and Kinto Slow Coffee Brewer.
