For this evaluation we extracted this blend in French Press , using a brew ratio of 50 g per liter, at a temperature of 94 °.
Coffee brings sensations of vanilla, chocolate and light caramel to the nose. The acidity is very soft, while a pleasant bitter note emerges. The body, for an infused coffee, is decidedly structured.
This delicate blend is in fact light toasted, specifically for filter extractions, particularly recommended with automatic machines, but also with all brewing extraction methods.
