Mokaflor GOLD BLEND
For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted in espresso at 92° , with an extraction of 25 ml in 26 seconds. The average degassing of the coffees took place in 60 hours.
Coffee describes an excellent body and well-balanced sensations. The nose reveals notes of biscuit and vanilla, in some cases of light cocoa. A really well balanced blend.
All the coffees that make up the blend are grown in the shade together with banana and pepper trees.
