For this evaluation the coffee tasted in espresso at 91 °, in order not to enhance bitterness and roughness, with an extraction of 30ml (28gr) in 22 seconds. The average degassing of the coffees was 60 hours.
This Robusta Coffee Blend is a cup with dark hazelnut-brown cream and greyish undertones. Notes of cocoa and wood emerge on the nose, while in the mouth the coffee has an extraordinary body, a whole cream! In addition to presenting an unthinkable sweetness, which perfectly balance the natural bitter sensation of robusta.
