Mokaflor Chiaroscuro 100% ARABICA BLEND

The typically vanilla flavor of Costa Rica Tournon, the chocolaty of Guatemala Antigua, the vigorous body of Brazilian Santos and the spicy aroma of Ethiopia Sidamo, combined together, create a unique and high profile blend.

Espresso extracted at 94 ° with an extraction of 25ml in 26 seconds and with an average degassing of 60 hours.

This coffee brings out in the cup a hazelnut-colored cream with evident and burnished stripes. The acidity is pleasant and contrasts well with the marked, almost creamy sweetness of this coffee. In the cup there are sensations of vanilla and sometimes pepper and mango on the nose.
