This research has resulted in a balanced blend of body and aromas , with low acidity, creamy and sweet finesse.
For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted in espresso at 93 °. The extraction of 25 ml took place in 26 seconds and with an average degassing occurred in 48 hours.
This blend brings us a hazelnut-colored cream with beautiful stripes in the cup. Very balanced to the taste between acidity and sweetness, with a very light bitter sensation. The nose reveals notes of toast, vanilla and light milk chocolate.
