Mokaflor 100% ARABICA BLEND
Espresso extracted at 93 ° with an extraction of 25 ml in 26 seconds and with an average degassing in 60 hours.
This blend brings to the cup a hazelnut-colored cream with clear stripes. The acidity to the taste is evident, thanks to the Arabica coffees that compose it. It has an interesting sweetness and bitterness, however balanced between them. Sensations of cardamom, vanilla and tobacco are perceived.
