What aroma will you smell?
Elegant, delicate and fine on the nose, with gentler aromatic notes than average. It keeps its promises when tasting, giving us aromas of flowers, spices, honey, Muscovado sugar, caramel.

We blend coffees from 8 different countries for a highly prized 100% Arabica. Its natural medium dark roast has made it very popular with our customers.

How to extract it?
Available ground for the mocha or in beans for the espresso extraction, we calibrate the roasting and the grind to always offer you the maximum taste. Mexico is a delicate coffee, to be extracted with care.
