Monsooned Malabar beans offer an exceptional taste experience originating in a long tradition: 200 years ago, when wooden vessels carried coffee from Malabar in India to Europe, the coffee beans changed their essential character with the help of the monsoon winds during their long journey. This special taste and aroma of the Monsooned Malabar beans were widely appreciated so that from then on these nature conditions – the so-called monsoon – were integrated into the planting and harvesting process of these premium beans.
