Decaffeinated via water process, this coffee is grown by producers that follow Fair Trade and Organic practices as part of the Coordinadora Estatal de Productores de Café del Estado de Oaxaca (CEPCO). 

CEPCO is a cooperative of 4,000 small family farms from 134 communities in Oaxaca, Mexico. Through their collective efforts, the producers of CEPCO have established higher prices and more producer income to support best agricultural practices and an improved livelihood throughout the region.
