The producer is Oscar Daza. La Pradera is certified BIO and "Bird Friendly", certifications that guarantee the commitment to protect the natural habitat of the local fauna and flora.

Oscar produces coffee in the shade of over 15 different tree species. This system guarantees the existence of a great biodiversity. Investigations conducted by biologists have in fact revealed that a shady coffee plantation hosts almost the same biodiversity as a rainforest.

This coffee has structured aromas with notes of plum, peach, honey and velvety body.
