KAFFA Medium Roast

We have determined the ideal roast depth for each provenance and the ideal composition of individual provenances for each roast level through numerous tastings (blond roast, medium roast or espresso roast). To best highlight the distinct characteristics of the various layers, the beans are roasted slowly and gently in small batches at around 200°C using the traditional drum roasting process.
