Some taste fruity, others strong and tart, others light and flowery. Wild Coffee Arabica from Ethiopia still has a touch of the exquisite and the extraordinary today.
In numerous tastings, we have determined the perfect roast depth for each provenance and the ideal composition of individual provenances for each roast level (blond roast, medium roast or espresso roast). In order to optimally emphasize the unique character of the different layers, the beans are roasted slowly and gently in small batches at around 200°C using the traditional drum roasting process.
