Instant Mushroom Coffee with Chaga and Cordyceps
Our shade-grown, organic coffee is grown in Colombia. After carefully roasting and brewing the beans, we concentrate the coffee by evaporation and finish it off by spray-drying it into a pure instant powder. We come from Finland and Finnish people drink more coffee than anyone else in the world. So we take this stuff seriously. We even have a 3rd party lab test each batch for purity. You’ll get 50 mg of caffeine per serving.
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) supports immune function and has been used for hundreds of years. Us Finns used it as a coffee substitute back in WWII when beans weren’t available. We wildcraft our Chaga, which means we get it directly from birch trees (with sustainable practice). Then we extract its fruiting bodies and spray dry the concentrate. The final product is a mixable, organic powder with no fillers or carriers.
Cordyceps are famous among endurance athletes all around the world. Studies show that it supports energy and endurance. The power comes from the fruiting body of the Cordyceps mushroom. In nature, it grows on caterpillars, but we love our multi-legged furry friends so we don’t use that kind. Ours is 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
