Indonesian Flores Bajawa Da´ Gabo Estate Bio
This chocolaty coffee with complex fruit notes and honey-like sweetness is grown on Flores, the largest island in the Sunda archipelago.
The farmers, the Da'Gabo family, belong to the Bajawa people, an ethnic group that only lives on Flores and has only around 100,000 members.
The plantation is around 30 hectares in size and is located at an altitude of up to 2,100 meters at the foot of the Inerie volcano. This offers the coffee plants very mineral-rich volcanic weathering soil.
