At Herkimer Coffee our purpose is to create a coffee experience of the highest possible quality. Whether it's your double espresso, latte to go, or the bag of beans you brew at home, we want your experience to be the best it can be.

Sustainability

We begin by purchasing premium green coffee from farms that practice traditional old world cultivation methods, growing coffee sustainably in its natural environment. We have found that the best and most complex coffees – the ones we most enjoy and use in our offerings – come from small farms that grow coffee in this manner.

Relationships

The majority of our coffees are sourced directly with the producers. Regular visits to origin to see the farms help maintain these relationships firsthand - this cultivates a mutually beneficial relationship for all involved. The coffees we buy command a premium price in the market place and that in turn ensures good wages and working conditions at the farms.

Dedication

Quality isn’t solely attributed to the green coffees we buy. It also comes from attention to detail. Our staff and wholesale customers alike receive meticulous training on an ongoing basis, and our coffee is roasted daily to ensure freshness. Our uncompromising standards in all areas allow us to offer the exceptional coffee we enjoy everyday.
