Our highly-prized Hawaiian Kona is an exceptional example of an island-grown coffee. Bright morning sun, gentle breezes, and mild nights create an impressive micro-climate for specialty coffee production, whilst the rich, volcanic soils nourish the Arabica plants. First introduced to the famous Kona District in the early 1800s, coffee has endured as Hawaii’s most-revered growing region ever since.

This 100% Kona Coffee was produced by the Gillette family on their small farm and micro-mill in the Keopu-Mauka, Kona on Hawaii’s Big Island. The slow-ripening coffee cherries are carefully harvested from the gentle, lower slopes of the majestic Mount Hualalai, an active volcano.

Deceptively smooth with a creamy body, this medium roast, washed arabica is pleasantly nutty with notes of citrus and red fruits and a subtle caramel finish in the cup. Perfect for all-day sipping – from your morning wake-up cup to an after-dinner treat.
