Hario Mizudashi Cold Brew Pot - Red
WHAT IS MORE GORGEOUS IN SUMMER THAN AN ICE-COLD COFFEE?
With the new Hario Mizudashi, you can easily prepare a refreshing iced coffee using the "cold brew" method. The cold extraction ensures that only certain elements are extracted from the freshly ground coffee grounds. To be precise: the cold brew "Cold Brew" contains 90% of the flavor elements, but only 15% of the acids. The caffeine content is completely retained. Thus, the invigorating coffee is particularly aromatic, but never unpleasantly sour or even bitter. Preparation Simply fills approx. 80 grams of ground coffee with 1 liter of cold water, chill overnight or alternatively eight hours, and enjoy! The integrated, particularly fine-meshed metal filter filters out even the smallest coffee particles and ensures a very clear coffee taste. On a few ice cubes, the coffee is the ideal refreshment on hot summer days.
Also suitable for hot coffee and even tea The Mizudashi is not only suitable for warm days: the maker can also be used for hot coffee and even tea thanks to its practical integrated sieve. A true all-rounder for the whole year!
Goes particularly well: Our coffee Pacha Mama from Peru
With its fine aromas of cocoa and almonds and a fine sweetness of light citrus, the Pacha Mama from the Chanchamayo region in Peru goes particularly well with the Hario iced coffee maker. Due to the cold extraction, the chocolaty nuances and the balanced body of the coffee come into their own.
