Their diverse micro-climates and lush forests are home to countless small, family-owned plots that have been handed down for generations. The accumulated knowledge and harvesting methods of their farmers continue to yield exceptional coffee with clean, clear flavors in the cup. We then roast these single-origin beans to highlight their sweet, floral taste and natural brown-sugar finish.
