Green Coffee

This is how our green coffee tastes

Our green coffee impresses with its multifaceted aromas: experienced coffee connoisseurs taste delicate notes of meadow and young pea - but you can simply describe the taste as grassy, green and light . The subtle sweetness ensures a particularly fine finish.

What is green coffee?

Green coffee refers to the raw, i.e. unroasted coffee bean . This means that after the beans have been gently dried, they can be processed directly - without the usual roasting. The raw food quality coffee contains roughly the same amount of caffeine as the roasted variant.  In any case, our green coffee is a varied pick-me-up that can be enjoyed in many ways.
