This espresso is characterized by a very good caramel interaction with milk: it remains visible in the cappuccino thanks to its strong spiciness, but still forms a very harmonious connection with the milk. In the latte macchiato, it blends in completely and creates a wonderfully rounded, fine mocha taste.
The combination of only two pure organic origin coffees, each individually roasted, makes this espresso unique.
