Dikome is a village in south-east Cameroon, in the middle of the rainforest. Coffee farmers live here who lovingly grow and harvest their coffee by hand. It is carefully sorted by hand and only the best beans come to us. We roast the espresso gently so that it can unfold its full aroma. Due to the long roasting time, the acids degrade more and more.
