Espresso Classico

The type of coffee bean can be identified by its shape. Oval shape with a curved cut in the middle: Arabica. Round shape with a straight cut: Robusta. A classic espresso consists of both types. This creates harmony and crema as well as an excellent taste.

Classico is the name of our balanced espresso with a unique aroma.

The Classico espresso variety: A modern classic

This espresso convinces all along the line. Spicy nuances and a strong body, with a sweet taste at the same time: this combination will inspire you! The blend is based on the finest beans of the best quality. Arabica beans from Brazil are naturally mild and fascinate with their velvety taste. The Robusta bean from India spices up this harmony with exciting depth. The result is an invigorating drink with a spicy and aromatic taste.

A fine scent enchants you as soon as you prepare the espresso . What is your favorite way to prepare your espresso? Perfectly suited for fully automatic machines, portafilters and espresso makers, there are of course even more preparation options. We're happy to help if you have any questions. Our roastery is located in Aßling, Upper Bavaria, in a listed farm. Here, like all our coffees, we carefully handcraft the espresso.

Our espresso: Aromatic elegance for gourmets

With the Classico Espresso you buy an excellent everyday companion. The elegant aroma gives the espresso a harmonious character. The small amount of Robusta is responsible for the beautiful crema . It has a hazelnut brown color and has a velvety taste. In the long-lasting finish, the espresso tastes intense and slightly sweet.

The combination of traditional craftsmanship and high-quality raw materials is a prerequisite for our work. This is how distinctive espresso varieties are created. Precise quality controls ensure the high standard of the coffee. We offer you a perfect pick-me-up here. Discover your favorite espresso with us at the Martermühle coffee roastery.
