DUO DRIP double steel cone

The Duo Drip is a double cone in stainless steel. An innovative extraction method that allows the barista to obtain perfect turbulence using different recipes and combinations.

In fact, it is possible to take advantage of the same extraction, both of the possibilities offered by percolation and by spraying, to distinguish all the aromatic notes of Specialty Coffees.

Without the need to use the paper filter or to pre-infuse, the extraction time is much faster and the result in the cup is very pleasant and balanced. In fact, using this method, pre-infusion is not necessary. The upper cone is positioned inside the lower cone and the liquid extracted from the first cone is sprayed directly from inside the coffee positioned in the second cone.

2 different textures for 2 different results:

• cone with fine texture: for a slow extraction - perfect without pre-brewing
• cone with very thin texture : for a very slow extraction - extremely clean result in the cup

The first extraction is the basis for the second: it influences the aromatic notes in the cup, especially if two different coffee powders are used.

The second extraction will enhance the quality of the coffee used. In fact, in the lower cone, it is possible to play with all types of coffee, tea, or other products (fruit, spices), giving a professional the opportunity to experiment with all the possibilities of mixology.

2 different cones for 2 types of extraction:

• upper cone: extraction by percolation
• lower cone: extraction by spraying
