DINZLER organic coffee San Miguel comes from the highlands of Guatemala, where the coffee plants grow under certified organic conditions. In Guatemala, the green coffee is prepared using the traditional wet process in the fermentation basin and then dried before it reaches the DINZLER coffee roastery. DINZLER roasting master Max Bauer then refines the coffee beans using a gentle drum roasting process. This is where the nuances of black chocolate and a hint of vanilla develop, which make this coffee so special. Due to its soft and round aroma, the organic coffee San Miguel is very suitable as a breakfast or afternoon coffee. Like all types of the DINZLER coffee roastery, the San Miguel coffee is refined using the long-term drum roasting process.
