A coffee specialty from the highlands of Cauca in Colombia. Orientation: socially, ecologically, and economically sustainable. The “Dezalé - Café de origen” project was launched in 2000 by the Swiss Hans Rudolf Auer-Lopez.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Close to nature cultivation method. Thanks to the volcanic soil and favored by microclimates, very good cup profiles with high grades are achieved.
