We are a Zero Waste and carbon neutral business. We do this by purchasing earth-conscious materials and composting and recycling over 95% of all waste.

EDUCATE THOROUGHLY.

We’ve spent a lot of our lives learning about coffee and we want to share that with you. Whether it's exploring the farming process, talking through how to taste the nuances of a delicate coffee, or perfecting your brew method, we’re here for it.

SOURCE TRANSPARENTLY.

Each coffee bag label has origin details down to the farm/mill where the coffee was processed. We pay above fair trade market value for green coffee because on the other end of this industry are highly skilled humans making a living and supporting their families.

PARTNER PURPOSELY.

From the chocolates we sell, to the coffee honey sourced from like minded coffee producers, to our tumblers, we intentionally seek out and choose retail partners who share our belief that business can do good.

We believe that how we do anything is how we do everything. And so in everything we aim to work humbly, and honor those who are a part of this story with us.

When we think of where we’ve come from--our hands covered with sawdust and coffee residue, our eyes eager yet sleep-deprived--we are honored and proud of where we are today. The Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) has awarded two of our coffees with top two finishes in their annual roasting competition. We get to work with some of the region’s brightest culinary minds at Pinewood Social, Bastion, Henrietta Red and Husk to name a few. We have partnered with coffee farmers around the globe. We have employees who are family. We have loyal, joyful customers who are friends.

We are spurred from bed every morning by the allure and wonder of serving a simple experience with you. We are truly grateful to share the coffee experience--and the human experience--with you.
