Guatemala coffee is an Arabica coffee, of origin, which comes from the Huehuetenango area, in the NW of Guatemala. The altitude of the area, between 850 and 3700 meters, offers an extraordinary variety of ecosystems, from humid subtropical forests to pine forests, this aspect being decisive in terms of the quality of the grains planted in Huehuetenango. The coffee is distinguished by a full body and a suitable acidity with a balanced and aromatic taste, with floral, citrus, and chocolate notes.
