INGREDIENTS

40 ml Lyre's Amaretti / 30 ml espresso / 30 ml beet juice / 10 ml sugar syrup / a slice of dried beetroot

PREPARATION

• Shake well and hard briefly and pour the espresso martini into a cocktail glass
• Garnish with a slice of dried beetroot
