This set offers harmonious mixtures, all of which are suitable for preparation in a fully automatic machine. With the Schwyzer Schümli, the "original variety" for the fully automatic machine is also included. When these machines came into being in the 1980s, the coffee crème - classified as a roast between espresso and filter coffee - also emerged, which is optimally adapted to this type of preparation ("pot coffee"). However, it is worth trying out our darker roasted filter coffee blends in these machines as well. The slightly darker roasted espressos included in the set are also easy to prepare in the fully automatic machine.
