Our roasting company was founded in 1886 in Milan, since then we have been always looking forward thanks to the solid foundations of our history. Federico Bonomi, the owner of a Milanese grocery store, opens up the Bonomi coffee roasting company in Conca del Naviglio, Milan in 1886. Today - We look to the future, driven by the desire for novelty that comes from our historical passion for coffee. Courses of training - We train professionals in the sector to prepare them to enhance the coffee they will present to the public.
