Nicaragua shg: grown between 1500 and 2000 meters in the area of Matagalpa, in the north-west of the country, famous for giving life to an aromatic and fragrant coffee characterized by a marked acidity and an extraordinary sweetness.

Salvador shh: grown over 1500 meters, the result of the work of many small producers distributed throughout most of the national territory, capable of giving life, thanks to the care and attention with which they cultivate these precious fruits, to a coffee with a good body and with a balanced acidity and with marked hints of sweet chocolate.

Ethiopia sidamo: grown in the region from which it takes its name, at an altitude above 1200 meters, this washed Arabica, thanks to its freshness, the decidedly floral and fruity aromas that are enhanced during the extraction, gives us a way to experience a interesting sensory experience, difficult to repeat thanks to the marked citrus notes that can be appreciated at the moment of tasting.
