The company philosophy of the founder, Guiseppe Drago - to deliver the highest quality beans, is continued uncompromisingly by the Drago family. The unmistakable, fine harmony of aromas and scents is characterized above all by the traditionally used long-term roasting and the processing of high-quality green coffee, which is grown under optimal production conditions. The coffee beans are roasted in a drum roasting process for approx. 16 - 20 minutes - depending on the type. The well-known "breakage" of the bean occurs after about 12 minutes. In an original Italian stone oven, the coffee aromas can fully unfold during this period and the unique taste and the necessary intensity of the bean are created. No additives are used.
