BUENOS AIRES

It is grown in the heart of the Dipilto Mountains, near the border with Honduras.

The producers, Olman Valladarez and his father Luis Emilio, select the cherries from the lower part of their finca in order to guarantee greater intensity in the cup. Luis started the business 60 years ago with the purchase of the Buenos Aires finca, for some years they have been working the coffee in a plant they own, in order to have total control over the result.

This coffee has notes of violet, tamarind and milk chocolate with a pleasant acidity.
