This washed coffee from Finca El Progreso in Colombia’s Huila region is ideal for nailing your pour-over method with the Stagg [X] Dripper. We found a 1:15 coffee to water ratio, 208ºF, and Ode grind setting 2 (medium-fine) resulted in the cleanest, most well-balanced cup. At first sip you get a crisp apple sweetness, then some floral honey kicks in, and finally a caramel finish: a delicious cup of fall flavors.
